Job Description

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Fitness Educator to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our teaching staff, you will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality vocational education and training (VET) programs in Fitness.

  • Design and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse student needs.
  • Utilize flexible delivery methods to meet the demands of modern learners, including classroom, workplace, and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver VET programs that align with industry standards and regulations.
  • Develop strong relationships with industry partners, schools, and other VET providers to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Maintain accurate records and report progress to relevant stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A relevant vocational qualification in Fitness or a related field (Certificate, Diploma, Degree or higher).
  • A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent).
  • Current industry experience and knowledge of contemporary practices in the fitness sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage students and colleagues alike.
