Key Role Responsibilities

CQUniversity is seeking a passionate and industry-connected Fitness Professional to develop and deliver high-quality vocational education and training (VET) programs in the fitness sector.

The successful applicant will be responsible for creating engaging learning experiences that cater to diverse student needs across classroom, workplace, and digital platforms.

  • Develop and deliver VET programs in Fitness using flexible, blended, and online delivery methods.
  • Utilize strong communication skills to engage students and provide them with relevant skills and knowledge.
  • Built relationships with industry partners and internal teams to ensure the success of the program.
Required Qualifications and Skills
  • A relevant vocational qualification in Fitness or a related field (Certificate, Diploma, Degree or higher).
  • A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent).
  • Current industry experience and knowledge of contemporary practices in the fitness sector.
  • Strong passion for education and training with excellent communication and student engagement skills.
  • Understanding of VET compliance and commitment to delivering high-quality, student-centred learning experiences.
