Administrative Support Professional

We have a fantastic opportunity available for a professional and versatile Administration Assistant to join our dedicated Philip Kennedy Centre Health and Wellness Team.
About the role
As the first point of contact, you will maintain a busy front reception, developing client relations, maintaining bookings and Allied Health clinician schedules, being responsible for the receipting of funds, fielding internal and external queries, and providing additional assistance as required.
This role is based in a vibrant community environment
where the Health & Wellness administration team work closely with allied health, therapy, and care teams as part of the growing services.

With your exceptional customer service, excellent organisational skills, bright and friendly disposition, and warm telephone manner, you will establish and maintain positive working relationships with all staff, clients, visitors, and associates.
