About the Role

As a Store Manager at Coles Liquorland, you will be responsible for leading a team of retail professionals in providing exceptional customer experiences. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills in sales management, team leadership, and customer service.

  • You have experience in fast-paced retail environments and are passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
  • You are a strong communicator and team player, with the ability to motivate and develop your team.
  • You have a background in sales management and are familiar with inventory management and store operations.
  • You are committed to achieving sales targets and improving store performance.
  • You have a strong understanding of liquor products and are able to engage with customers in a knowledgeable and enthusiastic way.
