About the Role:

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customers feel valued and satisfied with their shopping experience.
  • Utilize product knowledge to make personalized recommendations, driving sales and revenue growth.
  • Operate efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and achieve goals.
  • Assist with visual merchandising, stock replenishment, and general store maintenance to maintain a high-quality store environment.

  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • You have a proven track record of delivering results in a sales or customer-facing role, with a strong focus on meeting targets and exceeding expectations.
  • You are highly organized, able to multitask, and prioritize tasks effectively to manage competing demands.
  • You are comfortable working in a dynamic environment, adapting to changing circumstances, and demonstrating flexibility when needed.
