Technical IT Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Technical IT Specialist to deliver high-quality technical support services for clients with desktop, network, and EUC issues across the Asia Pacific and EMEA regions.

About The Role:
  • This is a casual, on-call position requiring adhoc dispatch. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills and excellent problem-solving abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical assistance for desktop and network-related issues.
  • Install and upgrade Operating Systems ensuring seamless functionality.
  • Apply patches and perform hardware/software break-fix to resolve technical problems efficiently.
  • Configure LAN, WAN, switches, and routers using advanced CCNA or higher certification.
  • Administer MS Office software.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in troubleshooting desktop and network issues.
  • Able to install OS and patches with minimal disruption.
  • In-depth knowledge of WiFi and basic network concepts.
  • Proficient in carrying standard tools and connecting to Cisco routers via console cables.
  • Excellent business English and local language communication skills.
Tools Required:
  • Laptop with Windows 8/10 and admin rights.
  • Cisco console cable and necessary drivers.
  • Putty, TeamViewer, TFTP server, screwdriver set, internet data card.
