This is a management role in our front office team.

We operate six hotels in Australia, with three based in Melbourne. Our guests and associates are at the heart of everything we do.

The Role

This role is based at PARKROYAL Melbourne Airport, which is conveniently located adjacent to Melbourne Airport.

You will be the friendly face and steady hand that ensures our guests feel welcomed, valued and taken care of.

  • Prior experience in a front office or guest services role (hospitality experience essential)
