Guest Services Manager

Job Description:

As a Guest Services Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and support throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daily operations of the front desk, including guest arrivals, departures, and check-in/check-out procedures.
  • Supervise a team of front office staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Respond to guest complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar role or as a senior front desk agent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of hotel operations and systems.
