Claims Case Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional with expertise in workers compensation to join our team as a claims case manager.

  • Manage a diverse portfolio of physical and psychological injuries.
  • Determine liability and focus on successful return-to-work strategies and cost reduction.
  • Proactively liaise with all relevant parties, including allied health professionals.
  • Coordinate claim reviews and ensure seamless communication throughout the process.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A proven ability to effectively manage a portfolio of workers compensation claims.
  • Significant experience in managing claims or a rehab capacity.
  • Allied health qualification would be advantageous but not essential.
  • A sound understanding of relevant legislation.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills.
  • A genuine desire to help individuals through the injury and recovery process.
