
Claims Case Specialist

This role involves managing and processing claims for fund members. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing Total Permanent Disability (TPD) and Income Protection (IP) insurance claims
- Administering Death (D) and Terminal Illness (TI) claims with or without insurance cover
- Handling Family Law claims and early release payments
You'll have experience working in a similar role within Superannuation, Life Insurance, or Work Cover environments. Required skills and qualifications include:
- Experience as a Case Manager managing various case types, including Death, TPD, TI, and IP
- Experience performing claim staking and reviewing declined claims
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to maintain proactive, solution-focused communication with members, beneficiaries, and solicitors
