  • Manage a portfolio of Workers Compensation claims for small, medium, and large employers
  • Assess claims accurately and ensure injured workers receive correct entitlements on behalf of relevant authorities
  • Communicate clearly and empathetically with all stakeholders
  • Prioritise workflow to meet key timeframes and deliver seamless service
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver proactive case management
  • Provide high-quality customer service through compliant, efficient, and timely support
Required Skills and Experience

  • Strong communication skills – listen, engage, and resolve issues effectively

  • Empathy and compassion for those navigating complex situations
  • Ability to analyse information and make sound, timely decisions
  • Experience in Workers Compensation or Personal Injury claims highly regarded
  • Allied Health background a bonus
