We are seeking a highly skilled Culinary Leader to join our team as a Head Cook. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional culinary experiences to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Culinary Leadership: Develop and implement menu ideas, train and mentor junior staff members, and maintain high-quality food presentation.
  • Team Management: Oversee the smooth operation of the kitchen, manage staff schedules, and ensure seamless communication between teams.
  • F&B Operations: Assist with inventory management, maintain accurate records, and contribute to budget planning and cost control.
The Ideal Candidate
  • Chef Experience: 2+ years of experience in a busy commercial kitchen environment, preferably in a senior or supervisory role.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge & Certifications: HACCP certification, knowledge of food safety procedures, and familiarity with kitchen equipment and software.
