Job Role

We are seeking a skilled Chef de Partie to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, the ability to work efficiently under pressure and strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities
  • Manage kitchen operations, ensuring smooth workflow and effective coordination with other areas.
  • Supervise junior staff, including apprentices and commis chefs, providing guidance and training as needed.
  • Assist in menu development and implementation, collaborating with the sous chef and head chef.
  • Participate in live cooking demonstrations and interact with customers when required.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of excellence in food preparation and presentation, along with strong organisational and time management skills.

Qualifications
  • Completed culinary training or apprenticeship.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Strong passion for international cuisine and new food concepts.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
