
Talent Strategist

This role is a vital component of our Technology and Data portfolios, focused on managing end-to-end recruitment processes across various business units.
We are seeking an experienced recruitment expert to manage the entire lifecycle of recruitment, from brief to initial assessments, interviews, background checks, offers, contract generation, and onboarding. The successful candidate will partner with Hiring Leaders to gain an understanding of team structure and culture to identify core competencies for recruitment.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years' experience in an in-house recruitment role or recruitment agency, effective internal stakeholder engagement skills, and a high level of resilience and drive to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection process and life-cycle
- Partner with Hiring Leaders to gain understanding of team structure and culture
- Work with team to scope, build, and implement new systems and processes
- Work with Talent and Capability team on onboarding, offboarding, and learning projects
- Partner with business unit managers to understand business capability and development opportunities
