Job Title: Residential Care Team Leader

We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to join our residential care team as a leader. As a Residential Care Team Leader, you will be responsible for guiding the team to provide quality care and support to young people in residential care homes.


Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of therapeutic care practices and a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.

Qualifications:
  • A relevant diploma or degree in a field such as social work, psychology, or education.
  • Current certification in first aid and CPR.
  • A valid driver's license.
