Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced IT Service Delivery Manager to lead our IT operations team and ensure the delivery of high-quality technology services to our organization. The successful candidate will have a strong background in IT service management, leadership, and project management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the IT Operations Team: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT team, ensuring that all technology services are delivered to the highest standards.
  • Develop and Implement IT Strategies: Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement IT strategies that align with the organization's business objectives.
  • Manage IT Projects: Lead and manage IT projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Ensure IT Service Quality: Develop and implement processes to ensure that IT services are delivered to the highest quality standards, meeting the needs of our customers.
  • Manage IT Budget: Oversee the IT budget, ensuring that it is managed effectively and that all IT expenses are justified and approved.
  • Develop and Implement Cybersecurity Measures: Collaborate with the cybersecurity team to develop and implement measures to protect our organization's IT systems and data from cyber threats.
  • Lead Change Management: Lead and manage change initiatives, ensuring that they are implemented smoothly and with minimal disruption to our business operations.

Requirements:

  • Strong Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills, with the ability to lead and manage a team of IT professionals.
  • IT Service Management Experience: Significant experience in IT service management, with a strong understanding of ITIL principles and practices.
  • Project Management Experience: Proven project management experience, with the ability to lead and manage IT projects from initiation to delivery.
  • Cybersecurity Knowledge: Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices, with the ability to develop and implement effective cybersecurity measures.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand and align IT strategies with business objectives.
