Job Title:

Corporate Learning Strategist

The role of a Corporate Learning Strategist is to develop and implement learning experiences that enhance employee capability, driving business performance and personal growth.

About the Role:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans for learning and development initiatives that align with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver comprehensive training programs, leveraging diverse delivery formats and technologies.
  • Analyze data to inform program improvements and measure impact on business outcomes.
  • Provide expert advice to line management and subject matter experts on learning solutions and capacity building.
  • Support the management of projects within the Learning and Development function, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in learning and development.
  • Engage with various levels of the organization, from senior leaders to employees, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Requirements:

  • Degree qualifications in Business, Human Resources, Learning, and Development or equivalent experience.
  • Certificate IV in workplace training and assessment is desirable.
  • A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in project management and corporate learning coordination.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful projects, including training programs and capacity-building initiatives.
  • Strong technology literacy, including learning technology platforms and tools.
  • Ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
