The Learning and Development Coordinator role will co-ordinate the nursing and allied health continuing professional development programs, undergraduate clinical placements and graduate programs, as well as taking a lead role in supporting post-graduate students, re-entry, refresher and new and continuing clinical and non-clinical employees to transition effectively into the healthcare and work unit environments.
The Learning and Development Coordinator role will also coordinate the learning and development programs for all non-clinical roles, including food services, cleaning, laundry, administration and maintenance employees.
The Learning and Development Coordinator is responsible for progressing the strategic direction of education and training at Heathcote Health. In addition to this the role, will lead and coordinate the day to day operations associated with education and training activities across the organization.
As an employee of Heathcote Health you may be required to work within different departments. The successful applicant must be able to work within a team environment with excellent communication skills along with knowledge of our IT systems.
