Role Summary

As a Learning Designer, you will be responsible for the design and implementation of innovative learning solutions across various modes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of high-quality learning solutions that meet strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver learning solutions that are engaging, impactful, and strategically aligned.
  • Design and deliver effective facilitated workshops, specializing in instructional design, action mapping, and capability building.
  • Support the development and delivery of robust data and evaluation methodology to measure learning solution impact.
  • Partner with external vendors to co-design and deliver learning experiences.
  • Administer and develop learning solutions within enterprise Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Apply iterative design methodologies to develop high-quality learning solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Relevant experience in learning or instructional design roles.
  • Intermediate to advanced skill in key authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, Adobe Captivate / CC suite, or Chameleon Creator.
  • Demonstrated ability to create original, high-impact learning solutions that are innovative, visually engaging, and grounded in adult learning principles.
  • Strong project coordination capabilities, including the ability to plan, track, and deliver concurrent learning projects in complex environments.
  • Demonstrated experience administering and developing learning solutions within enterprise LMS.
Benefits

  • Salary: AU$96k – AU$109k per annum (pro rata for part-time), plus 15.4% superannuation.
