Job Description

The role of the Disability Support Specialist involves working collaboratively with clients and their support networks to ensure the best outcomes for each individual. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing personal care and support with daily activities
  • Transporting clients to appointments and engaging in social and community connections
  • Implementing safe and effective infection control practices and identifying risk
  • Reading and implementing complex support plans

Requirements
