Job Title: Contract Administrator
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join our client's team. As a key member of the project team, you will be responsible for preparing and managing contracts, ensuring compliance with project requirements and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing and managing contracts, including subcontractor agreements and change orders.
- Coordinate project activities, schedules, and resources to ensure timely and efficient project completion.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including drawings, schedules, and reports.
- Ensure project quality standards are met through regular inspections and adherence to quality control processes.
- Act as a liaison between the project team, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
About You
- 2-4 years of construction experience in high-end luxury residential and commercial construction.
- Experience must be on projects over $20 million.
- A solid grasp of local construction processes, contract administration, and estimating experience.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
- The capacity to thrive both independently and as a team player.
- A valid driver's license and Australian PR or citizenship.
