Product Support Professional

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with our fintech company as a Product Support Specialist. You will be working with talented professionals, helping them solve complex problems using cutting-edge technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide excellent customer support, introducing newcomers to our platform and ensuring they have a seamless experience.
  2. Tackle complex issues, assisting customers and their teams to get the most out of our M&A technology.
  3. Train and educate customers on our platform, building relationships and establishing trust.
  4. Showcase the capabilities of our technology, empowering customers to work more efficiently.
  5. Log requests and interactions in the Salesforce Service Cloud.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • 3-4 years of experience in product support or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think critically and troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Organizational and attention to detail skills.
  • Fluency in English and Korean (written and spoken).
