Installation Coordinator

Scheduling and coordinating the installation process is a critical role in our organization.

We are seeking a highly organized and effective Installation Coordinator to join our team. Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating with skilled tradespeople, customers and other stakeholders
  • Ensuring the installation process is efficient and reliable
  • Communicating effectively with team members to deliver satisfactory customer outcomes
  • Troubleshooting customer and installer issues

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of one year of customer service experience (preferable)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment

This is a full-time, permanent role working Monday to Friday. English language proficiency is required for this position.
