Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Scheduler to oversee the management of our installation schedules, coordinate external sub-contractors, and process customer orders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily installation schedules for tradesmen
  • Coordinate with external sub-contractors
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints
  • Book jobs with clients
  • Communicate effectively with OTs, trades, and manufacturing teams
  • Monitor scheduled jobs from start to finish
  • Reschedule jobs as needed
  • Process customer orders
  • Place orders with external suppliers
  • Follow up on customer quotations

You Will Have:

  • Qualifications in building and construction or a related field (desirable)
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, administration, customer service, or real estate
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently
  • Able to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Customer-focused mindset
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Intermediate MS Office skills
  • A positive attitude and team-oriented approach
