This role is responsible for coordinating the installation of our products, acting as the conduit between customers, manufacturing and our installation team in the field.

As a key member of our team, you will be part of a professional and close-knit group where customer service is at the forefront of every interaction.

Key responsibilities include:

">

- Liaising with production to ensure timely completion of products
- Scheduling installation dates in line with production and customer needs
- Communicating effectively with customers regarding product delivery and installation
- Coordinating day-to-day activities of installation contractors and glazing teams

About You

">

We seek an agile and methodical individual with highly developed interpersonal skills who can adapt their communication style to meet the needs of both internal and external stakeholders.

You will have:

">

- Competency in MS Suite applications
- Ability to quickly gain competency with our CRM system
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Enthusiasm to work in a rapidly changing and challenging manufacturing environment
