
Customer Experience Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Experience Professional to lead our customer service team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the Service Centre and provide exceptional customer support
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Keep customers informed about delivery timelines and progress
- Conduct repair inspections and convert repairs to sales opportunities when applicable
- Process job authorities and invoices using the Service Centre computer system
Requirements:
- A genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service
- Previous experience in the motor vehicle industry is highly valued
- Proven leadership and team management skills in fast-paced environments
- Confident and engaging approach, with natural ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to work in a dynamic and changing environment, adapting to new challenges
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent self-organisation and time management skills
- Industry experience (automotive experience highly desirable but not required)
- Demonstrated strong leadership and coaching abilities
- Highly developed stakeholder engagement, influencing, and presentation skills
- Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office applications
