We are looking for a skilled individual to lead our Voice of Customer analysis and reporting efforts.
Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills and be able to extract valuable insights from customer feedback surveys, complaints, mystery shopper programs, and customer usage behavior.
- Analyze customer feedback surveys to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Report on customer complaints and mystery shopper findings to inform business decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions to address customer pain points
- Provide recommendations to improve customer experience and drive business growth
Requirements:
- Proven experience in analyzing and reporting on customer experience data
