Quality Aged Care Professional

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team in Hervey Bay, Queensland.
This role will see you working within our 78 bed Residential Aged Care home, supporting our residents and staff. You will be responsible for medication administration, reviewing and updating care plans, conducting baseline and focussed assessments, and liaising with internal/external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Medication administration
- Care plan development and review
- Assessment and intervention
- Liaison with internal/external stakeholders
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
- Current Police Check
- Valid Australian Work Rights
Desirable skills include clinical experience in the Aged Care Sector, a current NDIS check, and a current driver licence. Our ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about delivering quality Aged Care services to the local community.
