What you need to have:

Cert 3 aged care (if applicable)

Bach of Nursing (if applicable)

AHPRA (if applicable)

Aged Care Experience.

Rights to Work in Australia.

Ability to provide evidence of all mandatory background checks.

Ability to provide evidence of all mandatory aged care vaccinations.

2 recent Clinical references.
