Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at our Residential Aged Care home in Hervey Bay. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support to our residents.

Your role will involve administering medication, reviewing and updating care plans, conducting assessments, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Patient-Centred Care: You will have a passion for delivering quality aged care services and providing safe, supportive care to our residents.
  • Clinical Experience: You will have current clinical experience in the aged care sector, preferably with a focus on gerontology or palliative care.
  • Education and Registration: You will hold current registration as a Registered Nurse (RN) with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • Certification and Training: You will currently hold or be willing to obtain a current First Aid and CPR Certificate, as well as a current Police Check.
