We are seeking a dedicated Aged Care Professional to join our team in Hervey Bay, Queensland.
This role will see you working within a residential aged care home, supporting residents and staff. As an experienced Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing safe and supportive care to our residents.
- Typical tasks may include medication administration, reviewing and updating care plans, conducting baseline and focussed assessments, and liaising with internal/external stakeholders.
