Job Title: Senior IT Operations Manager

The role of the Senior IT Operations Manager is a vital position that oversees the optimal functioning of our company's data centers. This leader is responsible for ensuring that clients receive exceptional customer service, while also maintaining and updating IT and OT hardware and software infrastructure to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining IT and OT systems, corporate networks, and processes.
  • Implementing and daily operating a backup and recovery system.
  • Providing technical escalation support to staff regarding desktop/LAN issues.
  • Serving as an operational interface between suppliers/carriers/vendors and the organisation.
  • Spearheading the company's security policies.
Requirements:
  • 5-7+ years of IT experience in a senior, leadership or managerial capacity.
  • Experience in all aspects of IT Support and ability to lead the technology function for an organisation.
  • Strong background in technical support.
  • Data Centre/Critical Infrastructure IT/OT experience/knowledge.
  • Experience in developing and implementing standards, procedures, and guidelines to support operational processes.
  • Architecture and service-oriented experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present at both executive and board levels.
