We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our facilities, ensuring that all services are delivered efficiently and effectively.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Manage and coordinate maintenance activities, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, providing excellent customer service and support.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale operations, with a focus on efficiency and cost reduction.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Degree in Business Administration or related field, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior operations role.
