
Lead Customer Success Professional

We are seeking a skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a trusted advisor, you will be responsible for building long-term relationships with key customers and ensuring they realize the full value of our Open Source Infrastructure solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Become a trusted advisor to our customers, developing and maintaining strong relationships.
- Develop and execute customer success plans to drive business growth and adoption.
- Translate customer strategy into effective use of our solutions, including SUSE, NeuVector, and Rancher products.
- Guide customers through the discovery process of our Open Source Infrastructure solutions, covering business and technical domains.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and provide strategic guidance on maximizing solution adoption.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster customer relationships.
- Work closely with sales teams to identify growth opportunities, including cross-sell and upsell.
- Support services teams to ensure successful implementation and troubleshooting.
- Drive customer satisfaction and product adoption, impacting metrics like Net Promoter Score (NPS).
- Proactively monitor customer health to gather real-time business insights.
- Schedule and lead quarterly business reviews to assess progress with customers and sales.
- Manage subscription renewals, drive upsell opportunities, and reduce customer churn.
- Strong customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to develop and execute customer success plans.
- Knowledge of our Open Source Infrastructure solutions, including SUSE, NeuVector, and Rancher products.
