About Us:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Change and Transformation Manager to join our leadership team. This is an exciting opportunity for you to play a critical role in driving organisational change and ensuring effective communication across all levels of the business.

About the Role:

This position involves designing and delivering robust change management strategies that align with our strategic direction and appetite for transformation. You will shape, implement, and embed diverse change initiatives in partnership with executives, senior leaders, and project teams to ensure alignment, adoption, and measurable outcomes.

Main Responsibilities:

Designing Change Management Strategies: Develop and implement comprehensive change management plans that align with our organisational goals and objectives.Leading Change Initiatives: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption.Engaging Stakeholders: Foster strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, promoting open communication and shared ownership of change initiatives.Evaluating Readiness: Assess our organisation's readiness for change and develop targeted strategies to manage impacts and mitigate risks.Buidling Capability: Coach leaders and equip teams with the skills and tools needed to lead and adapt to change.Monitoring Progress: Continuously monitor progress and adjust strategies to maintain momentum, address resistance, and maximise benefits from change initiatives.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Leadership Experience: Over 10 years of demonstrated success in leading change management within complex, multi-site national organisations.
  • Expertise in Change Methodologies: In-depth knowledge of various change methodologies, with the ability to apply strategic insight and practical execution to transformation initiatives.
  • Communication and Relationship Building: Exceptional communicator and relationship builder, able to connect with stakeholders at all levels and foster collaborative working environments.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Proactive problem-solver, skilled at identifying issues early and navigating challenges with clarity and composure.
  • Adaptability and Teamwork: Adaptable and team-oriented, with a track record of working effectively with diverse teams to drive lasting, positive change.
