We seek a dedicated individual to join our team at our Northam Recovery Rehabilitation Centre. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing support to clients within an evidence-based framework.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide direct support to clients, including personal care and emotional support
  • Collaborate with clients to empower them make informed decisions
  • Monitor clients' physical and emotional well-being
  • Assist in facility management, following established guidelines
  • Support a safe and healthy working environment, complying with occupational health requirements
  • Collaborate with medical and allied health staff to provide supervision and ongoing support

**Ideal Candidate Profile**

  • Experience working in mental health or recovery centres
  • A non-judgmental attitude towards people with addiction
  • Passion for helping individuals with addiction
  • Transferable life/work skills, along with a caring and compassionate approach
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong computer literacy
  • A commitment to supporting our programmes
