
Track Maintenance Specialist

The primary role of the Track Maintenance Specialist is to ensure the effective maintenance and upkeep of railway infrastructure in accordance with regulatory standards. This includes conducting thorough inspections, identifying areas of concern, and implementing repair procedures as needed.
To be successful in this position, candidates must possess a strong working knowledge of track maintenance principles, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A minimum of 2 years relevant experience is required, along with a valid WA Manual driver's licence (unrestricted).
Key responsibilities of the Track Maintenance Specialist include:
- Conducting regular patrols and inspections of railway infrastructure to identify potential issues
- Implementing repair procedures to maintain the integrity of the rail network
- Developing and maintaining a thorough understanding of track maintenance protocols and procedures
