We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated support professional to join our team. As a leading provider of NDIS services, we support people with disability and their families by providing quality daily living, domestic, and gardening supports.

The Disability Support Worker will work with clients within the NDIS funding framework, assisting them to achieve their goals and increase their independence and participation within the community. You will provide support to people with disability and/or psychosocial needs, enabling them to undertake all aspects of daily living.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing social outings and activities, shopping trips, or GP/specialist appointments.
- Servicing clients at their respective homes with activities of daily living such as toileting, showering, and dressing.
- Light domestic duties and meal preparation/eating assistance.
- Medication administration duties.
- Liaising with the families and representatives of your client as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- NDIS Clearance Check.
- WA Working with Children Check.
- WA driving licence and a reliable vehicle.
- Proof of working rights - Passport or visa.
- Previous experience as a support worker in the health/disability sector or a relevant Cert III qualification is highly desirable but not essential.
