Job Title: Thermal Management Specialist

About the Role:

  • This is an exciting opportunity to join our service team as a thermal management specialist, where you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of complex thermal systems.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To respond promptly and professionally to all assigned service calls while on duty.
  • Perform work in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to established safety policies and procedures.
  • To maintain the highest level of professionalism and communication with customers at all times.
  • Work collaboratively with the scheduling team to ensure timely completion of tasks and accurate reporting.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and job completion status.
  • Conduct daily and weekly paperwork in a timely and accurate manner using Oracle Mobile Field Service.
  • Create reports using FieldDB system and ensure regular synchronization.
  • Identify and report sales or service leads to the relevant department via established processes.
  • Support the company vision and management decisions by providing high-quality service delivery.
  • Effectively communicate with colleagues and stakeholders through email and other office-based programs.
  • Educate clients on company processes and procedures.
  • Keep company vehicles clean and well-maintained.
  • Protect issued tooling and company property.
  • Collaborate with the service team to meet business needs.
  • Participate in the callout rota and support emergency responses when required.

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 1 & 2 in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, or equivalent qualification.
  • Citizenship and Guilds 2078 or 2079 in Refrigerant Safe Handling, subscribed to ACRIB.
