As a key member of our team, you'll represent Pandora in our concession stores, creating an energetic and charismatic atmosphere that draws people in. You'll welcome passing customers, start conversations, and turn browsers into loyal fans.

Our retail assistants are brand ambassadors, linking our products and customers through excellent sales skills and outstanding customer service. They drive store success by influencing sales, sharing product knowledge, and building client relationships.

You'll have the opportunity to interact with customers daily, helping them create unforgettable memories through our company values of dreaming, daring, caring, and delivering.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish a warm and inviting presence in the concession area.
  • Achieve and surpass individual and store sales targets using effective sales techniques.
  • Bond with customers by answering queries, providing exceptional service, and adapting your approach to meet their needs.
  • Develop and share comprehensive knowledge of Pandora's products to maximise sales and deliver memorable customer experiences.
  • Foster customer loyalty by discussing new collection launches and collecting customer data.
  • Assist with product deliveries, including unloading and storing merchandise in designated areas.
  • Build long-term client relationships through follow-up and personalised service.
  • Operate the till system, handling financial transactions, returns, and exchanges.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer-facing roles, particularly in fragrance, cosmetics, or jewellery, is highly valued.
  • Confidence in approaching new customers and initiating conversations is essential.
  • A passion for styling, accessories, or luxury goods is beneficial.
  • Drive to achieve sales targets and build a client base is crucial.
  • Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including late nights and weekends, is required.
