**WHAT WE ARE DOING**:
We are launching a vibrant sampling campaign for a cold drink, and we need a dynamic team to help bring it to life across key locations in Sydney and Melbourne. This exciting activation will run for 4 weeks in April, offering full-sized samples of our delicious cold drink to consumers at shopping malls and other strategic locations.

We’re looking for passionate Event Managers & Brand Ambassadors to join us for this high-energy activation. If you’re enthusiastic, love engaging with people, and want to be part of a premium brand experience, this is the opportunity for you

**WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR**:
**Event Manager (EM) x 4 (2 in Sydney, 2 in Melbourne)**

As the Event Manager, you will lead the activation at assigned locations, ensuring everything runs smoothly. You will manage the on-ground team, coordinate logistics, and ensure a premium experience. This opportunity is perfect for an experienced Event Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

**Brand Ambassadors (BA) x 12 (6 in Sydney, 6 in Melbourne)**

As a Brand Ambassador, you’ll be at the forefront of engaging with consumers, offering them full-sized samples, and promoting our cold drink in a fun, memorable way. Your key responsibility will be to create a welcoming atmosphere while delivering key brand messages. This role is ideal for someone with great communication skills and a passion for experiential marketing.

**Key Responsibilities for all Roles**:

- Engaging with consumers and offering them full-sized samples of our cold drink
- Promoting the brand and delivering key messaging in line with the campaign’s goals
- Ensuring smooth operation of the activation, from setup to pack-down
- Working collaboratively with the team to ensure excellent consumer experiences
- Managing logistics and reporting key activation results (for EMs)
- Acting as the main point of contact on-site (for EMs)

**KEY DATES**:
**Training**:

- 1/2 Day Training on-site (Date TBD based on your location)

**Live Days**:

- Activation will run on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays from 12pm - 7pm
- Location examples: Sydney - Westfield Chatswood and World Square; Melbourne - Melbourne Central and Watergardens
- Sydney Team: 6 Days Total, Melbourne Team: 6 Days Total

**MUST HAVES**:

- Experience in customer service or brand activations
- Excellent communication skills
- Friendly and professional presentation
- Passion and enthusiasm
- Flexibility to work the specified activation dates and hours
- First Aid certificate (Event Manager)
- Fodd Safety Supervisor (Event Manager)
- Food Handling Certificate

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 4 weeks

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 21 per week

Schedule:
