Role Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to handle inbound customer enquiries as a lending specialist in our Moe office.

This role involves providing exceptional service to customers through handling inquiries via phone, online, and mail in accordance with Bank Australia's policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently
  • Participate in quality assurance programs to achieve quality, productivity, and service targets
  • Stay up-to-date with legislation governing lending and its impact on day-to-day loan processing
  • Contribute to staff training and development
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of banking products and services or willingness to learn
  • Understanding of lending legislation (e.g. National Credit Act and Privacy Act) or willingness to learn
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, verbal and written
  • Able to identify customer needs through questioning techniques
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to investigate and follow up queries
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Sympathy for customers' financial circumstances
  • Computer literacy
