Job Opportunity: Customer Settlement Specialist
We are seeking a skilled and professional individual to join our team as a Customer Settlement Specialist.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing assistance to customers regarding all enquiries surrounding settlements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Stay informed of new products, policies, promotions, procedures, and best practices processes.
- Research customer requests by gathering all relevant information/data and investigating all available avenues and sources of information.
- Adhere to banking policy/assurance standards.
- Recognise issues requiring escalation and act accordingly.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Experience in phone-based or face-to-face Customer Service.
- Strong and professional communication skills.
- A personable and 'can do' attitude.
- Passion for customer service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- A typing speed of 50 WPM.
