Job Overview

The Victorian Inspectorate plays a crucial role in overseeing the Independent Broad-based Anti-corruption Commission and other integrity bodies. As an Enquiries Officer, you will contribute to strengthening Victoria's integrity system by providing exceptional support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage enquiries received by the Victorian Inspectorate.
  • Triage enquiries and provide information about the role of the VI.
  • Update the VI's case management system.
  • Coordinate correspondence in the complaints team mailbox.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the broader complaints team.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in complex front-line response/enquiries management.
  • Excellent communication skills with diverse groups of people.
  • Proficiency in case management systems is highly desirable.
  • Experience working in a State or Commonwealth Government jurisdiction is well regarded.
