**The Role**

We are looking for customer focussed individuals with an up beat and "can do"attitude to join our phone based customer service team.

Your key responsibilities will be:

- Answering patients enquiries
- Accurate input of data
- Completion of set daily task lists
- Achievement of set KPIs

Desired Skills:

- Great communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask
- Sound computer skills
- Strong customer service acumen
- The ability to respond well to change and be willing to upskill
