About the Role

Workforce Australia for Individuals is seeking skilled Scaffolders to join our team for exciting projects in the Northern Territory. As a Scaffolder, you will be responsible for erecting and dismantling scaffolding structures, inspecting and maintaining equipment, and collaborating with team members to achieve project goals.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Erecting and Dismantling Scaffolding Structures: Ensure scaffolding structures are erected and dismantled in accordance with safety standards and project specifications.
  2. Inspecting and Maintaining Equipment: Regularly inspect and maintain scaffolding equipment to ensure it is safe and in good working condition.
  3. Collaborating with Team Members: Work effectively with team members to achieve project goals efficiently and safely.
  4. Adhering to Health and Safety Regulations: Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
  5. Participating in Training and Development: Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
About You

We are looking for experienced Scaffolders with a minimum of 2 years' proven experience in the relevant discipline. You should have previous experience in the mining and resources industry or similar. Additionally, you should hold a High-Risk Work License, a nationally accredited OHS Card, and be able to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly with colleagues and supervisors.

What We Offer
  1. Competitive Hourly Rates: Competitive hourly rates of pay ranging between $55.00 (qualification/experience and project dependent).
  2. Standard Working Week: Standard working week of 40 – 60 hours, working hours per day with additional penalty rates offered for overtime, weekend, and public holiday work (site and project dependent).
