Scaffolding Professionals Wanted for Northern Territory Projects

Workforce Australia for Individuals is seeking skilled Scaffolders to join our team for exciting projects in the Northern Territory. As a Scaffolder, you will be responsible for erecting and dismantling scaffolding structures, inspecting and maintaining equipment, and collaborating with team members to achieve project goals.
Key Responsibilities- Erecting and Dismantling Scaffolding Structures: Ensure scaffolding structures are erected and dismantled in accordance with safety standards and project specifications.
- Inspecting and Maintaining Equipment: Regularly inspect and maintain scaffolding equipment to ensure it is safe and in good working condition.
- Collaborating with Team Members: Work effectively with team members to achieve project goals efficiently and safely.
- Adhering to Health and Safety Regulations: Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Participating in Training and Development: Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
We are looking for experienced Scaffolders with a minimum of 2 years' proven experience in the relevant discipline. You should have previous experience in the mining and resources industry or similar. Additionally, you should hold a High-Risk Work License, a nationally accredited OHS Card, and be able to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly with colleagues and supervisors.
What We Offer- Competitive Hourly Rates: Competitive hourly rates of pay ranging between $55.00 (qualification/experience and project dependent).
- Standard Working Week: Standard working week of 40 – 60 hours, working hours per day with additional penalty rates offered for overtime, weekend, and public holiday work (site and project dependent).
