Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical teaching and support to nursing and care staff at unit level
- Drive and inspire a positive workplace culture that builds resilience, commitment, and professionalism in all staff
- Maintain an appropriate code of conduct and act as a positive role model
- Develop and deliver education and learning activities to meet individual learning needs
- Deliver and evaluate education and learning activities to meet individual learning needs
- Bachelor of Nursing
- Current AHPRA registration
- 3 years recent clinical or education experience relevant to aged and/or acute care
- NDIS Worker Screening
- Current year Influenza Vaccination
- Current National Police Check
- Current Driver's License
- Relocation Assistance through NT PHN
- Salary of $110,000 gross base PA
- Salary Packaging through CBB (Approximately $6.3K PA additional in wages)

Australian Regional and Remote Community Service (ARRCS) is a not-for-profit organization that provides support to people across the Northern Territory through Residential Aged Care and Disability Services, Mental Health support, Childcare and Regional Home Care services and School Nutrition programs.
