Key Responsibilities
  • Counseling and Medication Management: Provide expert advice to customers on their medical conditions and medications, ensuring they receive the most up-to-date and evidence-based information.
  • Health Services Delivery: Execute health services to the highest professional standard, prioritizing patient care and safety.
  • Community Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with local health professionals, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise, direct, and coach pharmacy assistants and intern pharmacists, promoting professional growth and development.

Requirements
  • Qualifications: Tertiary qualification in Pharmacy with registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and registration as a Pharmacist with the Pharmacy Board of Australia.
  • Cultural Competence: Demonstrate a sensitive and culturally safe ability to interact with Aboriginal people, respecting their unique needs and perspectives.
