Customer Service Engineer Position

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Customer Service Engineer.

This is a key customer-facing position where you will serve customers located in Australia, providing installations, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of complex scientific and analytical instrumentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform repairs and maintenance on complex scientific and analytical instrumentation
  • Install equipment from delivery to sign-off
  • Diagnose and support remotely
  • Keep customers informed and personnel updated on any open issues
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Educated in a relevant subject such as Electronic/Electrical Engineering, Advanced Diploma and above
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer support or technical support
  • Experience in precision mechanics
  • Excellent customer relationship skills
  • Good technical hands-on skills and ability to work with tools
  • Able and willing to travel across Australasia for 50% - 60% of working time
  • Problem-solving ability
  • Sound decision-making under stressful conditions

  • Organizational and planning skills
  • Initiative and teamwork ability
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Passion for customer service
