Customer Support Professional

We are seeking an experienced customer-facing professional to join our Sydney-based team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with market-leading analytical instrumentation and software providers.

About the Role

Our top priority is to provide exceptional customer care, maximizing customers' economic growth targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install complex scientific instruments from delivery to sign-off.
  • Perform diagnoses and support customers remotely to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Keep customers informed about any open issues and collaborate with relevant personnel to resolve them.

Requirements

  • Hold a relevant qualification such as Electronic or Electrical Engineering.
  • Have at least 2 years of experience in customer support or technical roles.
  • Demonstrate excellent customer-relationship skills and good technical hands-on skills.
  • Be willing to travel up to 60% of the time across Australasia to meet customer needs.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in precision mechanics and background in XRF or XRD.
  • NSW or other states radiation safety license and experience with analytical equipment.
